Luis Pimentel is a professional musician and is a multi-instrumentalist with a primary focus on the electric guitar. However, he has a variety of skills and interests across a wide range of styles and genres such as Rock, R&B, Hip-Hop, Electronic, Pop, Progressive Metal, Jazz, Neo-Soul, etc. which makes him a versatile and adaptable musician who is easy and enjoyable to work with. Luis is a very open-minded individual who is always interested in exploring new things and expanding his horizons as an artist. Luis is currently an active member of the Indie Rock Band, Sonoa, as their lead guitarist and they have performed with notable bands in the indie rock scene such as Young The Giant, Elvis Depressedly, and Hodera. He is the producer for an alternative rock band known as Elytra and has also produced beats for several rappers and R&B singers such as Nardo P, Elijah Pierre, and Lauren Cruz. During his adolescent years in high school and college, Luis has also played in the drum-line and multiple jazz ensembles as a bassist. With a background in music, technology, creative composition, live performance, audio & video production and overall content creation, he is passionate about making exceptional and authentic art and has plans to continue doing so as long as he is alive and well.
